Development of mixed use complex of the highest quality. It encompasses seven historical buildings in the center of Madrid at the confluence of the streets of Alcalá, Sevilla, Plaza de Canalejas and Carrera de San Jerónimo.

It will comprise the first and only hotel of the Four Seasons hotel chain in Spain, 22 residences Four Seasons Private Residences Madrid, an exclusive commercial area, La Galeria de Canalejas, and a parking lot for 400 vehicles.

This is the first project developed by OHL in London, in the dependencies of the former British War Ministry. The actions carried out will serve to rehabilitate and reconvert this historic building, built between 1898 and 1906, in an exclusive hotel with 125 suites, operated by the Raffles chain, and 85 apartments. The services that will be offered will include a restaurant and bar area, spa and gym.

As a complement and continuation to the development of the "Mayakoba" luxury hotel resort- also developed by OHLD - the project "Ciudad Mayakoba" is currently underway. It is the first population center planned in Quintana Roo, a residential project that seeks to respond to the strong population growth that Playa del Carmen is experiencing. Characterized by different types of housing, the project also includes different services: shopping areas, public spaces and equipment, among others.
