These buildings have outstanding architectural value and uniqueness, as well as a privileged setting in the old quarter of the city, a few meters away from Puerta del Sol. Over the last decades, the buildings were used as bank offices by Banesto, Central Hispano and Zaragozano
In addition to the Four Seasons Hotel, the chain’s first in Spain, with 200 rooms, the complex will have a top-level residential area, also operated by the hotel chain, one of the world’s most prestigious; an exclusive exclusive retail area along the lines of avant-garde European trends with gourmet space designed as the best culinary experience of the best Spanish cuisine; and a 400-space parking lot.
